The other acres are irrigated by hand line sprinklers. All the pressure for the irrigation systems is developed by gravity through the pipelines bringing the water down from the mountain. There is no cost for power to pump or pressurize it. For a cattle operation, there are frost free watering facilities in all the corrals with no electricity or pumps involved. The property offers 416 AUM's.
