I have been an independent loan broker for more than 10 years. I have closed loans all over the northwest. I have sources of loans for ranch, farm, recreational and investment properties. The loan may be for purchase of new acquisitions or refinance of existing property.

If you are an individual or entity who has good credit and other factors to qualify for a conventional loan, I have sources with loan products at very competitive rates and terms.

If you have suffered some of the unfortunate turns of events that life and circumstance sometimes throw our way, I may be able to help you if you still own significant equity in your land. I have numerous private loan sources who will make a loan based on the amount of equity remaining in the land. These loans are typically at a higher rate of interest and there is usually a fee for closing the deal. However, regardless of your credit scores or tax return information, they will often make the loan if you have a reasonable plan and enough equity in the property.
